Location
Ocean Skyline is just 2.5 miles west of the Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd. intersection, an easy drive to attractions but away from the biggest of crowds. No fighting for space on the beach, but just minutes to restaurants and activities.
Everything is an easy walk or drive from Ocean Skyline! Most importantly:
- A short 3-minute walk to the beach!
- 1 block to Gulf Shores Public Beach 13th Street access and the white sugar sand beaches of Gulf Shores
- Little Lagoon public pier just outside the North entrance to the building

Feel free to use the luggage carts next to the elevators to bring up your luggage. Please note luggage carts are not allowed in the condo proper and must be returned promptly to the lobby.

Hiking and Nature
The Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge Pine Beach Trail takes you through maritime forest, scrub, and dune habitats, a saltwater lagoon and freshwater lake, and finally, the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Kayaking
Kayak the Little Lagoon with a rental from the Down Under Dive Shop.
Parasailing
Dozens of local companies will take you gliding across the Gulf. We’ve seen dolphins and sting rays and turtles on our adventures with Top Tier Watersports in Orange Beach!
Dolphin-Watching
Bring binoculars and dolphin-watch right from the condo balcony, or see them up close on a Sunset dolphin cruise on the Sunny Lady.
Pensacola
Take a day trip to the National Naval Aviation Museum, the historic Pensacola Lighthouse, and if you’re lucky watch the Blue Angels practice!
Alligators
Take a day trip to Alligator Alley, where you can feed the gators, hold a baby, and check out the 800-pound Captain Crunch and his pals in the swamp.
Good Eats
The BEST KEPT SECRET in Gulf Shores is Hog Wild BBQ. You’ll go wild for their delicious Alabama white sauce on smoked pork or chicken. Other favorites: Ruby Slipper (brunch), Playa (fancy dinner on the wharf in Orange Beach), and Foam (coffeehouse). If you’re staying in to grill, pick up some fresh Gulf Coast shrimp and red snapper from Gulf Shores Seafood.
At the Condo
Walk out the back (north) door and watch the sun set on the Little Lagoon or do a little fishing from the public pier! In the morning, walk out the back (north) door, go west toward Lagoon Pass Park, and walk next to the Lagoon Pass for a morning sunrise walk.

Cancellation Policy
Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
House Rules
- Guests are required to sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking or risk cancellation.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking or illegal substances allowed, including on the balconies.
- Must be 25 years old or older to book. The person renting must stay in the condo the entire length of stay.
- No pets allowed.
- No cooking, fireworks, or drones on the balcony. (Please use grills downstairs by the parking lot and leave the fireworks and drones at home.)
- Children must be supervised at all times on the balconies.
- No unregistered guests allowed. The maximum number of registered guests is 8.
- Please respect other guests and residents. No loud noise in the condo, corridors, or on the balconies after 10 p.m.
- Please ensure your parking pass is clearly visible from your windshield. Parking in the front lot only; under the building is reserved for owners.
- Please do not cook directly on the stovetop. Pans are provided.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- No items can be left in the main hallway. Please bring everything into the condo.
- No carts are allowed in the condo. Please unload at the door.
- Turn up the AC to 78 degrees, or the heat down to 65 degrees, when you go out.
- Please respect check-in (4 p.m.) and check-out (10 a.m.) times.
- Additional fees will be charged for the following:
- Damage to the condo or its contents beyond normal wear and tear
- Charges incurred due to contraband, pets, smoking, or other rule-breaking activities
- Lost or damaged linens or household items
- Eviction by owner, owner’s representative, local law enforcement, or Sanibel security
- Please empty the fridge, take the trash out, and start the dishwasher before you leave.
About Fresh Perspective Vacations
Once upon a time, Gretchen and Derek relocated from the prairie of South Dakota to the mountains of Tennessee and never looked back. From hiking to playing in the river, having the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee and North Carolina in their backyard spoiled them forever.
Next, they discovered the Gulf Coast, specifically the sleepy little southern town of Gulf Shores, and started making family memories there. The Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina came next, with hiking trails around Chimney Rock and the Hickory Nut Gorge and living the lake life at Lake Lure.
